The MOTOMAN CSDA10F has a payload of 10 kg and reach of 835 mm per arm, and is designed for laboratory use.

Other than pure handling done by conventional single arm robots, the MOTOMAN CSDA10F dual arm robot can really process complicated lab automation tasks like sample preparation or complex workflow protocols, even over days and nights without human intervention. Due to it's cleanroom, washdown and IP67 Design of arms and wrists, it is well suited to automate tasks in pharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, chemical or biomedical laboratories. It's high repeatability and superb reliability opens new doors in medicine research and development.

The MOTOMAN CSDA10F can handle any existing conventional laboratory equipment in your lab. It executes protocols step by step precisely in a way as they have been designed for manual laboratory tasks - 24/7 if required, without deviations or faults. Dedicated automation equipment, e.g. liquid handling systems, is not required. This allows straight forward, simple and highly flexible automation concepts without the need to invest in expensive non-flexible automation. No matter how varied the work sequences or how often they have to be refined or modified: You can teach the robot your new ideas very quickly.
