Overview
The MOTOMAN GG250 is a 6-axis welding robot with exceptional rigidity. With a payload of 250 kg and a reach of up to 2711 mm, this industrial robot has been specially developed for use with heavy and overhanging welding equipment for Friction Stir Welding.
Friction Stir Welding is an advanced and energy efficient welding technology that offers reduced process times, excellent weld properties and cost effectiveness.
The increased diameter of the L-arm, combined with the design-optimised S-axis, ensures that the robot retains the rigidity required for high-precision applications.
